Defender Dynamics Shipping Policies Shipping and Delivery
Defender Dynamics strives to fulfill and get you your product as quickly as possible, however this will not always be the same day you place your order. In general, please allow for 2-3 days processing time for order fulfillment before shipping. While we typically have holsters in stock, fluctuations in our inventory can occur due to volumes of orders we have received, and we may be in process of small production runs to restock and fulfill orders. Certain holster models are not typically stocked, and will be noted in their descriptions (notably the M26 series as well as shoulder holsters). These items will require 2-3 days to produce before shipping. If you have questions on the lead times of a specific product feel free to contact us.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important, because if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
Defender Dynamics does ship internationally. Please note, you the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what additional costs may be incurred beyond the shipping cost.
Defender Dynamics ships our orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) for all customers. For Domestic customers USPS service options include First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Express Mail.
For International Customers, Defender Dynamics also uses USPS for delivery. USPS services available for international delivery include First Class International, Priority International, and Priority Express International. Typically USPS handles the package and tracking until the shipment arrives to destination country customs, where the local destination country postal services take over delivery and handling.
All shipment methods are sent Signature Required. We require signature on delivery for your protection and ours. This guarantees you receive your product. If no one is available upon delivery attempt, your local postal carrier should leave a notice for you stating delivery was attempted. You have the option of going to your local post office to pick up the package, or have your postal carrier reattempt delivery. If you are unsure of having someone present to receive the package, or this will be an inconvenience, it is suggested to have your ship to address be a different location where someone will be present to sign for the package. For instance using your headquarters or station as the delivery address.
Please note, shipping transit time estimates from USPS are good once your item has shipped, not from the time you place your order. It is a good idea to plan on the maximum amount of time for the transit time during shipping, and to allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed. For instance, Priority Mail Express is 1-2 days estimated. So placing an order today with Priority Mail Express will not result in delivery tomorrow, but rather delivery up to 5 days later (processing time of up to 3 days and shipping transit of 2 days).
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We are located in the Eastern Time Zone.
