Returns and Warranty

We at Defender Dynamics take great pride in the products we provide you, the customer. It is our goal to make sure we keep our customer satisfied and using our products. We stand behind a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products. RETURNS. Products returned to Defender Dynamics must be sent prepaid at customer's expense and packaged appropriately for safe shipment. Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to Defender Dynamics until the returned item is received by Defender Dynamics. On warranty replacements, the repaired or replaced item will be shipped to Customer at the expense of Defender Dynamics. You must contact Defender Dynamics first at or call us for return authorization on any return. Returns for any reason other than warranty must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund (minus shipping cost), exchange or credit, and be in unused and good condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return is due to a mistake on the part of Defender Dynamics any fees will be waived, as well as fees may be waived at any time at the sole discretion of Defender Dynamics. Returns due to incorrect purchase of product type or change in customer preference (MOLLE Holster vs Thigh Holster, etc) will be evaluated on a case by case basis for a hardware replacement service, at charge to customer.
Custom Order items are not eligible for Returns, except in the case of material or manufacturing defects, or mistake on Defender Dynamics part.
Clearance Items sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

LIMITED WARRANTY. Defender Dynamics warrants that the product will be free from manufacturing and material defects, except as result of normal wear and tear or abuse for one year from the date of purchase. Upon return of item and/or after internal review of warranty claim, Defender Dynamics will, at our discretion, (1) repair or replace the defective product or component; (2) send the Customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective component; (3) provide a credit towards the purchase of a new or separate item; or (4) provide a partial to full refund to Customer of the purchase price paid. All products or components that are replaced will become the property of Defender Dynamics. Defender Dynamics warrants any replaced or repaired product or part except against normal wear and tear for ninety (90) days from shipment, or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer.

Refunds will be made back via the payment method at time of original purchase. Repair and replacement work time varies. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. We will make every effort to get our product back in your hands in a timely fashion.
